Thread the belt onto the conveyor. Youare going to have the conveyor "roll" at the
unload section of the machine and you are
going to feed it into the bottom rail toward
the front of the machine. The position ofthe belt would be direction of travel correct
but you would be putting the BOTTOM
SIDE UP. As it goes through the machine
have someone aid you in pulling and then
make the rotation at the load end and
come back through the top rail to your
location at the unload end. Verify the
position of the end loops of the belt and
make sure all is correct and proceed to
attach the tie wrap to the center of the belt
and pull the belt together. Using the belt
lacing clips provided, attach to each side
of the belt. It should be barely
distinguishable from other sections of the
belt, just some spaces between pieces.
