不是客户的邮件，最近在认真学习大学时候的函电课本，发现挺复杂的。。。
现在也有个疑问，到底函电，是应该像课本中那样具体形象地表述，还是像我们公司师傅教给我的那样，简单明了，客户问什么就直接回答什么。。？

对于第一次联系的客户，最好用学校里学的标准的格式回复，显得比较正规一点。但联系多了之后，最好用简单直接的语言来回复，感觉会比较亲近。
