Gentlemen, once again, I am happy to submit my Progress Report as of 15th
September 2010.
各位先生们，我很乐意向大家汇报一下直到2010年9月15日的工作进程。
The last week has been uneventful as it coincided with Eid Al-Fitri
holidays.
Work has now resumed and progress will be made. We have had noticeable
progress at all aspects since the last report. We faced more problems
causing delay to Hospital Site preparations and clearance of Container. But,
in spite of all the difficulties, including the weather, progress has been
made.
上周是开斋节会礼（中东伊斯兰教的盛大节日），所以没有重大的事情发生。现在工作
重新开始。在上份报告中，我们已经注明了各个方面的工作进程。由于医院场地准备工
作的推迟以及清关问题，我们面对了很多问题。但是，尽管有各种困难（包括天气原因
）工程一直在进行。
SCHOOL
Foundation work
The Foundation was successfully completed two weeks ago. We are currently
making the final adjustment in readiness for casting the floor slab.
We will commence Erecting the Steel columns next week marking the beginning
of works above ground.
No room for mistakes here so utmost care was taken to ascertain conformity.

HOSPITAL
Earth Works
Here, the Earth Works has once again stopped short of completion. The Site
remains incomplete and at 75-80% prepared. I still hope that the Department
will, in due course, complete the preparation work.
We have now started excavation on the available area which barely
accommodate our structure. The excavation work will be completed in few days
in readiness for pouring the bottom slab.
I am happy to report that the Foundation reinforcement Steel preparation is
ongoing and stands at around 70% ready. We plan to pour the bottom slab in
10 days.

土木工程再次停止。场地仍然没有完成，准备好75%-80%。我希望政府在适当的时候完
成准备工作。在可提供的能够容纳我们机器的地方，我们开始了挖掘工作。挖掘工作将

CONTAINERS
1st shipment
Five (5) Containers remain at the port until now due to some bureaucratic
process, but now it is ready for clearing.
2nd Shipment
The Six (6) Containers are already in Jakarta port, since the end of August.
We expect them to ETA Padang anytime now. I am yet to receive confirmation
of shipment from Jakarta to Padang, but expect them to ETA Padang anytime
now.

第一批
由于一些官方程序，5个集装箱仍然在港口，但是现在准备清关。
第二批
从8月底开始，6个集装箱就已经在雅加达。我们预计可能随时到巴东。我已经收到船从
雅加达到巴东的确认信息，但是预计船会随时到巴东。
I am sorry for not being able to send more photographs due to erratic
connection.
