10.1The Buyer shall open an irrevocable Letter of Credit 30 days before the month of shipment with the Buyer’s Bank in favor of the Seller, for the 90% total value of contract, indicating “Two partial shipment not allowed” and “transshipment not allowed”. 90% (ninety percent) the contract value shall be made available against the Seller’s draft(s) drawn at sight on the opening bank for 90% (ninety percent) of the total Contract value accompanied by the shipping documents specified in Clause 11 hereof . Payment shall be effected by the opening bank, by telegraphic transfer against presentation of the aforesaid drafts and documents. 不好意思哈，我也是第一次翻译这些，平时都是看过了就直接做，很少翻译成中文再做。所以有的地方翻译的比较生硬。
第二条感觉怪怪的，我也没碰到过，按照我的理解，如果买方和最终用户不签署这个证明，那你不是拿不到剩下的10%货款？ 在开户行议付也不见得好，不过一般还能接受，要注意看文件里面有没有什么软条款就是了。

10.1 买方在货物发运之月前30天开立一份以卖方为收益人的不可撤消的信用证，信用证金额为合同总额的90%，并注明“不允许两批装运”、“不允许转运”。当开证行收到其开具的即期信用证及第11条款列明的卖方的货运单据后，开证行必须将合同金额90%的货款备妥。在收到上述票据和文件后，由开证行以T/T形式进行支付。信用证有效期为开船后21天。
10.2 合同金额的10%的货款应在买方收到如下文件后一周内T/T形式支付给卖方。1、一份由买方，最终用户，及卖方授权代表共同签署的接收证书的正本，接收证书在货物到达最终用户仓库30天内备妥。
