我想说的意思是，我们特此通知，你们必须在得到我们授权后才能电放提单。
这是写给客人指定的货代的，我们担心他收了客人的钱就放单了。所以写封邮件给他确认给我们。

当然是这样的，电放都需要保函，只有你们签订了保函，货代才能放单
