My client concern is to avoid loss of his money hence he is a public figure in politics. This is where the issue of trust and transparency is held at high esteem. We want to build this trust upon you.Carefully go through this mail very well to understand our plans to handover funds to you for investment purpose. This money is not yet in any bank. The reason being that the fund owner is not allowed to operate foreign accounts or domiciliary account(s) locally while serving in government. He has been retired and being closely watched by the present serving government. He therefore left his home country Republic of Gabon after serving the late President Omar Dimba Bongo for many years to Republic of Ghana with his only son. He lives in Exile because recently the son of the late President who took over government from his late father want to jail him for selfish reasons as he was against the takeover of leadership from father to son. You will speak to Dr. Mark Megan when we agree on working terms.
He got plenty of cash gifts in United States Dollars during his service which he carefully packaged and deposited in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He mandated me to source a good investor to work with him in claiming the package because he is now bankrupt and being monitored in exile. I want to give you full right to co-operate with me to see that the money is put into good investments using your professional expertise.
Dr. Mark Megan handled under the presidency in Gabon contract awards for the energy sector. During his tenure, he paid all contractors awarded contracts in the Gabon National Petroleum Corporation from 2000 till when the late President became ill of heart complications and died. Many contractors gave him cash gits in return for his help in U.S dollars, which he carefully packaged, sealed and deposited in a safe private company in Malaysia.
The amount my client Dr Mark Megan has at present to invest is $36,000,000 (Thirty Six Million Dollars). My purpose of contacting you is for you and my client to be partners. You are to bring in your professional experience and expertise. As you can see from my briefing now - this money is in cash and deposited in a private vault. If you are fit and capable to go ahead with me, reply forwarding your details such as your full name, location address, international passport copy or driver's license copy.
On receiving the above, I will meet with my client to begin the process of introducing you to the company as his foreign partner. The final step will be for vault company to recognize you as Dr Megan's foreign partner with the above requirement I listed and released package.
It would be 90% for Dr. Mark Megan while you the foreign partner will take 10% of the above amount deposited for your co-operation. The remaining balance will be handled fully by you in an investment you will recommend although we have interest in real estate or purchase of a good hotel.
This is the procedures. I want to trust you to take full responsibility of managing this money on behalf of my client. Like I mentioned above, the money is well secured in the deposit custody of a private vault company, and Mr. Mark Megan has full right to give you a beneficiary authority once you can follow the guidelines and principles attached.
