please take this letter as your authority to debit our account no.________________for ___________________as payment(to be reimbursed if payment under DC is not required) for the issuing of the above DC.
in consideration of your issuing the above DC,at our request,we hereby confirm
1) that we will not apply for the release of goods under shipping guarantee from you under this DC
2) that you are released from any claims arising whatsoever in connection with your not issuing shipping guarantee
3) commission in lieu of exchange 1/4 percentage on bill amount will be collected when the DC margin is being held by debiting same currency amount
4)for usance DC,margin will be held by you until maturity of the relative bill.
