不错，不过楼主可试着 把通篇的主动语稍微改为被动语会好些，，主动与好像太多了，，用被动语会显得把客户放在第一位~~~

You can also say "Hello, Eric"
It'll sound better if you say "our national day"
How about "more info...." instead of "more requirements...."
I agree with Post #4. "offer" is a better one...
Can you just say: I will send you the price quotations upon receipt of your specific inquiry
