有一份表格需要填写，但不知道里面的意思，所以请各位帮忙翻译一下。这是份客户那里发过来的表格，上面发给我也不告诉我是关于什么的，所以很不知所云。里面有的问题我不懂什么意思。what is the approximate size of the production facility(under roof)?
how many shifts of production? what is the distribution of production volume among shifts?
what is the distribution of personnel among shifts?(production and QA/QC)
are there any areas of the production facility that XXX and/or 3rd party auditors would not have access to during the walkthrough?
are there any records(production,safety,quality)relating to product that XXX and /or 3rd party auditors would not be permitted to access?
were any 483's or comparable non-conformance reports issued as a result of the audits?
has your facility completed a documented Hazard Analysis for all products to identify Critical Control Points(CCP's)
where there any quality related product withdrawals of any product produced in this facility in the last 12 months
does this facility use co-packer in the production of any products?
