第一次邮件，we use a freight forwarder (Expeditor's), but the vendor owns the goods until they reach our distribution center in Jackson, TN. The vendor is responsible for all the duties, customs clearance, and insurance associated with each order and ABB's pays all the freight. In other words, we would need items quoted freight collect.
我问客户是不是FOB就可以了，客户没正面回答，只说了下面一段话：
Please remember that the first cost on our quote sheet includes any applicable duty, insurance, customs fees etc. that might be associated with the item. ABB’s is only responsible for the freight from the port to our distribution center in Jackson, TN. If you have any questions, please let us know.
现在他的意思,是不是CIF比较合适?
高手请说明价格条款或价格包含内容,谢谢各位大侠!!

所提供的费用必须包含：关税费，保险费，海关费等所有的费用
ABB’s is only responsible for the freight from the port to our distribution center in Jackson
ABB只负责支付从港口到本地供货中心所产生的费用。
distribution center 1.配送中心 2.供货中心
好像CFR 比较合适吧 Cost and Freight 成本加运费(指定目的港)
