上周我们给客户提供了一份报价,今天客户给了我们回复邮件如下:“I have new questions:
- Are these prices (in attached) update? Because we have to decide for a provider of tactile anti vandalism equipments, to offer on many projects we have.
- Can you maintain these prices for individual units of a Sample? Because to begin, our clients always want to try one equipment for approval. Furthermore, this equipment we don’t sell them, we leave to test.
- We should make clear that models are Open Frame anti vandalism which are with SAW technology and Infrared technology, in both inches small as inches tall.
- Can we have a different form of payment rather than payment in advance? Other suppliers are offering to pay 30% with the order and 70%, when equipments arrive at the port of Barcelona.
- One of the things we will also decide by a manufacturer or other, is whether we can market their equipment exclusively for the market of Spain and Portugal. This also are offering other manufacturers. This is important because when we begin to move the product, we will be strongly and we would not like that at that time other companies will start calling to them directly.
- Which is the delivery time when we send orders?

3楼说的大体没问题。
第一点最后应该是“我们要选择一个供应商对我们手头许多项目进行报价”
第二点一开始应该是“如果我们只买一台样品,你能不能仍然保持你的这个报价”

4、刚开始合作我们必须要求发货前付清全款(订单确定后预付40%,发货期付清剩余60%),随着以后的合作深入,我们肯定会考虑给贵公司更有优势的付款条件。例如订单确定后预付50%,货到港后付清剩余50%等。
5、我们可以与贵公司签订西班牙和葡萄牙的独家代理协议,协议签订后我们不会再直接卖任何产品给这两个国家的客户,但你们必须要完成我们代理协议里规定的购买数量。
6、我们的大致交期:100PCS 收到预付款后10个工作日,500PCS,17个工作日。

4. Our payment for trial order would be T/T in advance only. but we accept other terms, such as 50%deposite and balance agaist Copy of B/L, for repeat orders.
5. Of course we would like to cooperate with you exclusively in Spain & Portugal market, but you must meet our quota.
6. The leadtime for 100pcs is roughly 10 days after deposite received, and for 150pcs be 17 days.
