调整如下：在原价的基础上上涨5％。

Since the rate of exchange is decreasing & the cost of raw material is increasing, I'm afraid that we have to adjust the prices of our machines accordingly.
Adjusts of the price is as follows: list of quotation with a recent rise on the original price by 5%.

Since the US dollar is depreciating against RMB, and raw material cost keeps increasing. Our machine quotation has to raise 5% ?based on the current price.

We have to adjust the prices of our machines cauz of the exchange rate depreciation & the rising cost of materials, and the adjustment as follw,
all the prices will rise up by 5% of the original prices.

"list of quotation with a recent rise on the original price by 5%" --- it's little off. I could try something like "We raise our prices by 5% based on orignial quoted prices. The
new prices are good for XX days" . Also, you might want to say "The USD vs RMB
currency exchange rate is de....."
