Customs declaration must be applied in the name of our company to be in conformity to the title of remittee, otherwise severe penalty will be met.

We must do customs declaration by our company title because of we are the receiver, otherwise, the finance can't work it out.
I don't know how to translate"做帐", so I try to express by my way. I think it is clear to understand.
