Here is the structure of the sample foil we are looking for:1. PET film carrier with a thickness of 75 microns
2. Release coat
3. Lacquer coat, silver color
4. Metal coat as thick as possible
5. White color dye coat
In layer 1, we want to replace the normal PET film carrier of 12 microns with one that is 75 microns thick.
In layer 5, a white color dye will be fine.
