事情是这样的,我CFR TALLINN的货,我当时收客人的运费是80多美金,现在拼箱公司把货发到了立陶宛,要求付LOCAL CHARGE大概269欧再送到TALLINN,现在客人说 我的货要求到TALLINN的,怎么帮我发到立陶宛去了,其实是货代TALINN没有代理,所以要先付了钱才送到目的地,客人据理力争说我们没按他要求发到塔林,而且LOCAL CHARGE 不合理,现在老板让我先跟客人商量 说能否让客人share 一半,实在不行我们承担,但是要跟客人讲清楚,其实我们也没有义务全部承担的 只是看在是新订单上,为了以后的合作,而且今后的订单 我们要协商好运费的事,以免以后的纠纷这么多要点 ,怎么用英文解释啊?脑子里没有头绪啊?不会组织语言啊,如何婉转的让客人接受啊
新手没碰到过这样的问题,请各位高手指点!

Dear JOEL,
We have made first trial order in your company.
Please find attached your invoice where is indicated trade terms
CFR Tallinn,port of destination Tallinn, Estonia. We have paid this charges.
Your forwarder sent goods to Klaipeda, Lithvania. Litvania - it is another country.
It means,for example, how we send goods to you to Taiwan instead Shanghai.
Please find bill of loading.
Now the local Lithuania transportation company demand from us additional money 268,00 EUR.
Usually we bring goods from Shanghai from other partners with all costs not more 200 EUR (the same volume) to our warehouse to Tallinn by ourselves,
if freight orders our Chinas partner it usually much more cheaper.
Now we have already paid 83 Dollars to you for CFR TALLINN, Now must pay 268 EUR to Lithuania transportation company.
and not clear how we bring the consignment to Tallinn.
Joel tells that your forwarder company has not branch in Tallinn.
But it is not our fault.
Why did you choose this company? Tallinn is a big port on the Baltic sea. There are a lot of different transportation company in Shanghai who has branch in Tallinn.
I need your help for solving the matter. You have ordered transport and only you can decide this problem.
We are really interested in your goods and would like to keep our cooperation. I do not want that it will be our first and last deal with you.
We are look forward to our future mutually benefit business.

上海到塔林有拼箱直达船38天就到了,到立陶宛的船需要先经过塔林。运到塔林再到立陶宛再到塔林。....
你站在客户的角度想想。无论如何解释客户都不会听的。掩饰的邮件就没必要编了

这次是被上海的拼箱公司坑了,最终处理的结果是我们承担了所有的目的港费用,花钱买教训了

客户说的有道理 不如就bite the bullet 即使应该他们付 刚开始的时候人家不知道这个钱我们这儿的问题
所以应该我们给了 花钱买个教训 没有关系的 即使以后客户没有单 这钱也该我们出的 又是第一单
