SUPPLY OF SCHOOL BAGS/CONTRACTWe are Government accredited Purchasing agent located in Ghana. We are strongly looking for a reputable manufacturing company who can be able to Supply One Million pieces of School Bags to the Ministry Of Education on behalf of Ghana Government to be used for the on-going EDUCATION FOR EVERY GHANAIAN CHILD and REHABILITATION EXERCISE FOR GHANA GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS.
We are contacting you/company to take over the contract since you are into manufacturing of BAGS and can execute the job satisfactory.
The Bags must be of high quality because the Contract Procurement Service (CPS) Tender Board has approved US$17.00 per unit and the good thing about this is that the payment term is 60% BEFORE PRODUCTION by TT, 40% AFTER PRODUCTION BEFORE SHIPMENT. The transport and packing costs will be paid as soon as the bags are ready for shipment. If you are sure your company can handle this contract then we can introduce your company to the Director Contract Procurement Ministry of Eduction to commence with the details of the contract. Send your company information & your direct telephone number so that I can call to discuss other issues concerning this contract with you.It very urgent.

It interest us as we went through your website.It our wish to conclude this transaction with your company and to establish a strong long lasting business relationship with your esteem house with hope that you will not let us down once the contract is awarded to your company.We will use our position to influence the award of the contract to your company. Our comission shall be 10% of the total contract sum made payable to us upon your receipt of the first 60% contract mobilization fund.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Our paying bank: Bank of Ghana.
The method of payment will be by telegraphic transfer T/T.
The total amount for the contract is US $17,000,000.00 (Seven Million United State Dollar).
We will pay 60% advance payment into your company's account for production, 40% after production before shipment.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) Tender Board has already approved $17.00 per unit.
The delivery will be starting from last week of April 2011.
I wish to let you know that I will send a letter of recommendation/introduction from my company introducing your company to Ghana Education Service (GES) Tender Board, Contract Procurement Services to enable the Tender Board Committee File in your company name for an official Purchase Order (P.O) to be issued in your favor. According to the Tender Board Committee the Purchase order will be ready as soon as your company's information is confirm to us and they will send the Purchase order to you once it is done, also the specification of the school bags will be included in the Purchase Order. Once again, I want you to know that a Contract Agreement must be signed if the purchase order is accepted by your company. At that time you will be require to come and do all the signing on the present of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Tender Board Chairman and the Attorney General of the Federation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You are requested to submit application for consideration with a brief profile of your company, track record ISO certificate, evidence of your qualification to Supply the (1 million) One million pieces of the school bags to Ghana Education Service (GES). Send a brief profile of your company's to us, notify us accordingly. Bellow attached is sample of what we need.
We wait to hear from you as soon as possible, whether to move ahead with your company or not.
