终于了，第一件是是要大家帮我看看这封信，这是一位美国客人写信过来要我们帮他寄样板到加纳，读书那会有听闻本来英语是没有标点符号的，今天终于见识到了。看了老半天，单词全都懂，却不能完全了解那个客人到底是要我们咋地～一会说按他给我们的地址那些寄，一会说不要让快递公司来我们这里取。Thank you a lot for your email below is my info and also when going to send the sample out just let them know the account Owner is from the USA but you are sending the sample to the Address below when sending it just give them the Box of the sample with my address and the FedEx account after sending the sample try email me back with the FedEx Tracking number after you send the sample also call me when sending or after sending it remember the i am in the USA and i created my account in USA but you are sending this box of sample to this address below you are to send the sample to the Office before the account can be used never call them to come and pick them from you store OK..

楼主！小心骗子。不瞒您们我还真是被骗了一次，我应该早点把这个事情写出来的。但是我想大家不会像我这么笨的吧。真不好意思把这个事情公布。 事情是这样的。那“客人”本来就是加纳的，他说自己是美国人，在加纳开了个分公司。在日本也有公司。要把样品寄到分公司， 他会把加纳地址给你，要你谨记一定要寄到加纳的公司。然后账号是日本的，这就是第三方付款的问题了。你打电话给联邦，账号是有效的。于是就寄了。结果2-3个月后账单跑到你这边来了。第三方拒付了。
我上次就是这样的，一寄出去两天我就后悔了，问联邦能不能作废处理，他说作废我们也是要付运费的。要是退回来，还要付双倍的运费（来回运费），所以我就抱着侥幸的心情，想着至少应该还有10%的几率不会是骗子吧。一个月过后，没看到账单，舒了一口气。第二个月过后，还是没看到，又舒了一口气。第三个月。还是没看到。我以为这事情就这么了了。心里高兴的很。结果在第三个月的第6天收到账单了。（我们这边是这样的，谁寄的东西要谁签字的，而我们的国际快递很少是我们自己付款的，都是到付的）。我只好乖乖的像老板认错。没想老板说没事。下次小心就是了。我三个月的心惊胆战算了告一段落了。忘了说了。快递费也就380元。

客户是不是给了你联邦的一个到付账号？
他好像在一再强调他人在美国，账户也是美国的，但是地址是下面的那个地址
让你发样的时候给他打电话以确保那个账户能用了，再让快递他们取样发样

惨喽，看来是我遇到骗子喽～还好我留了个神，没有寄出去。后来我复了那人一封邮件，再次确认一次是不是要将发件人写成是那个人的地址跟帐号，然后那人确认了，还再次强调不能让联邦快递来上门收件。估计呢是怕我们到时收到账单什么的，让那快递公司没办法找上门来，然后我们就以为没问题了，接着后面的事情就要跟着来了吧。唉～这日子真是到处是坏人啊。

关于这个问题，我们部门商量来商量去，打算用这个方法，就说联邦快递这边不允许我们这样子做，让他直接把快递的钱汇到我们账上去，我们可以帮他找最便宜的快递公司，告诉他应该是多少钱。
