plastic suction caps with thumb tack in a 25mm sizeThis is a picture of the suction cap I need.
If you have these in 25mm please advise price etc.

我自己认为是吸盘，用在吸在墙上的，可是他说不是。。急死了我，给我解释也没懂
下边是他的解释，The suction cap is shown in the picture with a rounded flat top. The flat tip has a point underneath it the same as a thumb tack, which fits into a hole in the top of the suction cap.
The suction cap is applied to the flat surface, an item is placed over the top of it and the point of the suction cap is used o peirce that item and hold it to the suction cap, in the same manner as a thumb tack into a board.可 是我还没明白，哪位前辈知道的指点下

是下面这样的东西吗？如果是的话，那么你就按要求询价报价了。两部分结构，吸盘部分用于固定于平面（有可能是桌面，墙面，额头上等等），另一部分是一个图钉样固定物品装置，简单地用图钉穿透固定在吸盘上。供你参考

是不是 一些超市里 卖的东西（比如衣服，伞，。。。） 上的 那个锁？ 要在收银台那里付账后才能取下的？？？

我知道是什么了，就是下边是吸盘，上边有口，是个洞，可以插入塑料大头钉的，但是不好找
