I am delight of having your letter for hearing that XX Co.Ltd will hold a X’mas party on December 10th,2010.
We had planned to provide some meaningful presents such as the handicraft articles about lobsters for door prizes for the employees, but we are worried about that the gifts can’t be sent to you before December 9th,2010 because of the lack of time.
So I suggest if we can provide some ‘lucky money’ to be distributed to the employees in the party, and we will take the responsibility for the expenses.
We will be very pleasant if it can be feasible.
