上一次你给我们的单我们都按以前价格给你,没有加价.现在很抱歉通知你,你所有的单都是08年的报价,已经有两年多接近三年了.我们一直给您提供最低的价格.现在已经无法承受:
目前原材料加价,成本,运作费用 美元对瑞士法郎汇率变化,从没跟你说过,但是确实无法承受,现在原来价格基础上提高8%,已维持运作费用.
we are much favored for your repeated purchase from us, the price we gave you for this order still maintaining the same to the price we quoted you before. This price remains same for about two years since 2008 we do not make any change since we like doing business with you. We have been providing the lowest price for you all the time.
We really unable to bear such low price now for the following reasons:
1. Price for raw materials has increased greatly, the price for the movement only has increased 30%, together with labor's cost and the operation charge.
2. The exchange rate of USD dollar to Swiss Franc is 1 to 1.25 in 2008, it is 1 to 0.94 now.
We have never told you such condition, we would like to do business with you even there is no profit for us. But it is really difficult for us to maintain normal operation. We have to inform you we have to increase 8% to 9% on the original price for future orders hope you would understand.
We now list price in 2008 and our new quotation as follows for your easy comparision.

We didn’t raise price that we quoted you last time as before.now I am so sorry to inform you that the quotation of your orders are the price in 2008.we provide you the lowest price for more than two years,but now we can’t bear it:now the price of raw material,cost and operating charge cost much,however,we had never mentioned it.we have to increase 8% based on the oringinal price to maintain the operation

we are much favored for your repeated purchase from us, nevertheless, our concern lays in the difficalty in working on this order at the price that was quoted in 2008 and remains unchanged for almost as long as 3 years when the production cost has already faced an increase of 8% including the depreciation of Swiss France by 3%.
so, we are requesting an increase of 8% to the price to conclude the deal, thanks in advance for kind understanding.

I’m sorry. I’d like to keep you posted that we have to adjust our all product unit price in year 2011.
You see, we offered you all the unit price on year 2008, with the raw materials and labor cost rising greatly, our factory have no any profit. Only for the exchange rate, the unit price increased 3%. So, we will add 8% for each item base on the original unit price. Attached new quotation l ist for you reference! (Don’t forget attachment! )
