Conciliation and ArbitrationAny question, dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with the contract
shall be dealt with as follows :-
Conciliation
A representative of each party shall meet or confer by telephone within 3 days
after the date when one of the parties serves on the other a notice in writing stating
the nature of the dispute and shall attempt to resolve the dispute.
If the dispute has not been resolved within 7 days from the meeting referred to
above or any further time agreed between the parties, the Chief Executive Officer
of each party (or the nominated representative) shall meet or confer by telephone
within 3 days thereafter and shall attempt to resolve the dispute.
Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved within 21 days of the Chief Executive Officers’meeting or conference referred to above and the parties have not agreed to any
process for resolving as a whole or any party of the dispute through any other means such as further negotiation, conciliation, independent expert determination
or case presentation then the dispute shall be finally settled under the rules of conciliation of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or
more arbitrator(s) appointed in accordance with the said rules.The arbitration shall be held in London and English law shall be applicable.

如果相持不下。。。双方伦敦法庭见。。。。
看你的货值有多大了。。。如果是上百万美元的。。。那就要斟酌斟酌了。。。

then the dispute shall be finally settled under the rules of conciliation of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrator(s) appointed in accordance with the said rules.The arbitration shall be held in London and English law shall be applicable.
那么，争端的最后解决应该交由国际商会指定一个或多个仲裁人员根据以上规例进行仲裁。仲裁地，伦敦，适用法律， 英国法律

调解与仲裁
所有由于或与合同有关的异议,分歧都应按如下条款处理:
调解
双方代表应在某一方书面提出异议3天之内会面或通过电话进行会晤并且尝试解决纠纷.
如果按上面提到的会晤在7天之内或经双方同意的延长期内没能解决此纠纷,那么双方的首席执行官就应当在3天内进行会面或通过电话进行协商并尝试解决此纠纷.
仲裁
如果双方首席执行官会面后21天内纠纷没有得到解决并且双方均完全不同意进行再试图解决此纠纷或者纠纷的任何一方不同意通过通过进一步协商,调解,独立专家裁定或事件报告那么纠纷最终会依据国际商贸委员会的仲裁调解条款由一个或多个指定的与上述规定相符的仲裁者裁决.仲裁过程在英国伦敦进行并且适用英国法律.
