When I was work in my company for morethan 2 months, the treatment of my colleagues in my international sales department are not good. Besides, their character is self-centered. Why, because they dont want to help others. They think thier own self ccomplishments, When they arrive at office for work...there is no greetings, Even I greet them, without any response. I dont know why!!! We are 5 sales in international department, 3 chinese and 2 foriegner including me. Those 3 chinese, are not good treatment with me. But my french colleague are good at me, He help me sometimes, when I have some questions. Coz, He's Chinese is quite good. Beside, he is study at university in chinese language, therefore his chinese is good. For me, I can understand a little bit such as read, write, speak but not much at all. Everyday I spend 30 minutes study chinese lesson at home after i get off work. I always first come in the office, but 3 chinese coleagues without any say "Good morning" or say Hello, when they arrive at office..They come inside silently. During lunch time, they go out first silently...without any say, "I go ahead" or "I got to go"...Then, after I get off work in the afternoon, they go out also first silently, without saying, Oh," I will go home now" or say Bye". I dont know why their character is like that. They are smoking inside the office. I dont like to smell the smoke inside the office. I wonder about it how to escape this kind of things. But my boss is good at me when we meet and talk each other. Some of the workers in other department they are good at me. There is no problem about them, perhaps they are friendly to me. I hope I can overcome all this things happen in my work. Wish and pray for my colleagues become good and change change their concept of selfish individual. Look forward for their CHANGE!!! you can say "they didn't treat me nicely", something like that.

或者干脆说"they weren't nice" "they are not very nice."
如果你还是在这个公司里工作，应该是 " I have been working in this company for more than 2 months.
Besides, their character is self-centered. - they are self-centered 就可以了，加上character整句话就变成 Chinglish 了。
