请高手帮忙修改以下邮件，经理说：咬了N多口还不知道里面包啥味道？唉。。。邮件意思：就是找借口（可以任何借口）告诉客人，年前出不了货了。。。
Dear
Just obtained the news from our factory, we're really sorry to you that we cannot deliver the goods on time except: PO# sandal because of outsole production problem.
Initially, outsole fty promised to finish outsole on time, so i told you that the PP sample would be sent to you by the end of last week. However, their production is over full, as you know it is
peak season for Sandal. No matter how they pushed, outsole fty wouldn't finish outsole on time. On the other hand, fty is short in worker, as CNY is approaching, many workers asked for
leave and go home in advance. It is also a problem to make the production cannot finish as plan.
So, we will very much appreciate if you accept the new S/D by Feb.27th,2011. As you may know, the factories closed earlier than before CNY and restarted much slower after CNY.
Anyway, we are really sorry for any caused delivery delay in this season, and would like to have your kind understanding and accept the new S/D.

Dear sir
we are so sorry to inform you that cargo could not be finished on time due to the below reasons:
1.the factories are closed, as you know, the CNY is approaching, and workers go home.
2. we will have holiday soon, you know, (it is a kind of force majeure, to some extent )according to chinese law
3. we assure you of another date: Feb.27th,2011
