是第一次下单吧，前一次只是寄了一次样品。客人是这样要求的prices are FOB 5% commision, terms of payment are d/p at sight, please check the cbm and inform us,
不明白1、FOB5%commision的价格和直接的FOB价格有什么区别。2、因为是第一次下单，D/P的风险会不会太大？3、D/P和D/P at sight有什么区别

FOB5%commision好像很平常，只是D/P，一般我们都不敢答应客户D/P,听说就算答应，也要非常仔细的审核对方的银行。

FOB C5 = FOB*(1+5%)
D/P有风险，D/P 完全是商业信用，第一次成交，彼此还不是很了解，还是要小心的
D/P分即期和远期两种，at sight 就是即期的，就是买方接受到银行的付款提示后就要付款，远期的是接受到银行的付款提示后承诺在多少天之后付款

D/P有两种，一个远期付款，还有是即期付款，D/Pat sight 是即期的，风险比远期的小

About the order we have two problems:
1、the payment: TT is our general practice (30% deposit and 70% balance after receipt of copy of documents). We think TT will cost less time than DP. We can also accept the payment of LC but in my opinion the TT is most convenient .
2、the shipping date: we feel very very sorry that we really can't produce the products as you asked for.As you known, 15th January of Chinese traditional calendar(17th February )is our Lantern Festival and the workers often start to work after the day of Lantern Festival,so it's very difficult for us to purchase the materials before that day.so can you kindly prolong the shipping date for another 30 days?
In fact, we are very very want to reach the order with you, we hope your understanding and looking forward to your reply.
