。。最近工商来查厂。说看不懂授权书的英文版，叫我翻译中文给他们，过程中遇到瓶颈。。请各位帮一下小妹！！如下：
1. in light of the trademark application for international class 6, for the trademark" XXX" in the PRC,filed before the Chinese Trademark Office.
2. xxx COMPANY is obligated not to apply for any international class,directly or indirectly before ay Trademark or Copy Right Office and any customs around the world

按照国际商标第6类的商标申请，就中华人民共和国境内的“XXX“商标，向中国商标局提交申请文件。

XXX公司有义务不直接或者间接向任何商标管理机构或者著作权管理机构或者全球任何海关申请任何种类国际商标。
