1.驳接爪安装说明一、产品功能：
驳接爪是固定于支承结构上，支承驳接头并传递荷载或作用的构件。
二、安装步骤：
1)、确认现场安装位置，
2)、将转接件螺栓穿过驳接爪中心孔，
3)、调整好驳接爪的安装位置，
5)、使用螺栓压紧驳接爪。
三、注意事项：
1）、卸货时，请避免磕碰，防止刮、擦伤。
2）、放置时应保证驳接爪爪孔的放置位置符合工程要求；
3）、施工过程中，若表面粘附了不易清除的污物，严禁用金属类物品刮擦，避免不锈钢金属表层保护膜的破坏，引起锈蚀；
4)、施工过程中及日常使用过程中，不锈钢配件表面上会附着易生锈的尘埃，在雨水或大气中的水分的作用下，附着的尘埃会生锈，从而形成黄色锈斑附着在不锈钢配件表面上形成浮锈，所以必须定期对不锈钢配件进行防锈清洗，保持表面清洁。
2.夹具安装说明
一、 产品功能：
夹具位于结构与玻璃面板之间，由前压盖将玻璃面板夹紧，由后压盖托板承受自重及承受水平荷载并传递给结构。
二、 安装步骤
1）、先把底座卸下来，焊接到钢结构相应位置上；
2）、将螺钉、前压盖以及橡胶垫片卸下来；把锁紧环拧到后盖螺纹根部，然后把后盖拧入底座，调整好后盖位置后再用锁紧环将底座锁紧；
3）、将橡胶垫片先固定在后盖上，再用硅酮胶把尼龙垫片固定在后盖托板上；
4）、安装玻璃时，将玻璃面板推入并调整好位置放置在夹具托板上，垫上橡胶垫片，将前压盖压上，并用螺钉固定；
5）、最后将夹具与玻璃接触的周边及前压盖螺钉孔打上密封胶防止漏水。
三、 注意事项：
1）、卸货时，请避免磕碰，防止刮、擦伤。
2）、所有玻璃与金属之间均不能直接接触，应衬以柔性垫片、垫块；
3）、施工过程中，若表面粘附了不易清除的污物，严禁用金属类物品刮擦，避免不锈钢金属表层保护膜的破坏，引起锈蚀；
4）、内螺套旋入外螺套的长度请尽量控制在产品的调节量范围内。
5）、安装玻璃面板时应小心轻放；
6）、焊好底座后需对底座进行防腐处理；
7）、施工过程及日常使用过程中，不锈钢配件表面会附着易生锈的尘埃等，在雨水或大气水份的作用下，附着的尘埃会形成浮锈，附着在不锈钢配件表面上。所以必须定期对不锈钢配件进行防锈清洗，保持表面清洁；

1)、先把夹具主体通过螺钉固定在支撑杆(转接件)上；
2)、将尼龙垫片放在夹具主体托板上，把橡胶垫片固定在夹具主体上，外侧橡胶垫片需打硅酮胶固定在夹具主体上，而夹具下部橡胶垫片靠在玻璃相应位置上；
3)、将玻璃面板推入并调整好位置，垫上隔热条，压上前盖，同时用带有套管和垫片的螺栓固定，将4个螺栓拧紧后套上隔热帽；
4)、将前封板插入前压盖插槽内；
5)、最后将夹具与玻璃接触的周边及前封板周边打上密封胶防止漏水。
2. Installation step:
1)、 First, fix the major fixture on the strut with screw;
2)、 Put the nylon washer on the supporting plate，fix the rubber washer on the major fixture, gumming silicon then fix the offside rubber washer on major fixture;
3)、 Push the glass panel and adjust it to a proper position, line the heat-insulation strip, compress the gland, and fix the bolt which has sleeve and shim, install the heat-insulation cap after lock down the bolt;
4)、 Insert the front shrouding into the front gland;
5)、At last, Hit sealant around the contact zone and front shrouding to prevent the water leak
注意事项：
