We have confirmed the cause of most pcba test failure are due to a short timeout for the PC serial port set in application. The erase operation is taking longer than the timeout. We have successfully tested and programmed boards from the failures using a new version of the test application and the programming application. These apps are installed in a separate folder on the desktop of the programming machine and one of the test machines.The Tekmos is creating a different issue at this time which we are working hard to resolve. At this time, please hold any production of assemblies using any NXP chips.
