现在有平板电脑、笔记本电脑、书刊杂志，可看的东西很多很多，我经常坐着看着，看着看着，时间长了，眼睛疲劳、颈椎不舒服、腰酸背痛，难受极了。现在有了这个东西，可好啦！角度可以调整，高度也可以调整。在搁上书本、电脑后，既可以坐着看，更可以躺着看，全身可以放松地看，在再也不会使颈椎、腰椎受到伤害了。
请高手翻译成英语， 谢谢！

Now has a tablet computer, laptop computers, magazines, lots of things to see, I often sit and watch, looking at, time grew, eye fatigue, cervical uncomfortable, waist sour backache, extremely afflictive.
Now with this thing, good! Angle can be changed, height also can be adjusted. In the books, computer after put aside, can sit and watch, more can lay see, your body can relax to watch, in never make cervical vertebra, lumbar hurt.

There are a lot to view with like laptop, tablet PC, and magas and books to read, sitting and watching for such a
long time that it kills my eyes, neck and even my waist muscles.

Tablet PC, laptop,magazine,book ect, all that attract me sitting to read for a long time.
by and by i felt my eye, my neck, my waist uncomfortable.
Now, to put it on book or on the back side of computer that is helpful to me to read with adjustable function on angle and height.
I am no longer suffer , and enjoying to read by sitting or lying as i want.
