各位下午好，刚接了也门客户的一个信用证，但由于小女子是第一次接触这个，密密麻麻的字母看了顿时心都凉了， 对于出货期是很紧急的，所以希望各位能帮帮忙下面是信用证的内容，麻烦哪位好心人能帮我翻译一下，在此跪谢了！！46A:+1.draft at sight drawn on us.
+2.signed commercial invoice in one original and three copies original dully certified by the chamber of commerce and legalized by yemen or any Arab embassy/consulate showing the name of namafucturers or producers.
+3.full set clean “on board” ocean shipping co.bill(s) of lading letterhead dully in long form signed and stamped by the carriers or their agents made out to the order of Yemen bank for Rec. and dev. Dhamar branch,P.O box. 87086.marked “freight collect” notify applicant.
+4.certificate of origin in one original and three copies issued by chamber of commerce and legalized by Yemen or any Arab embassy/consulate certifying that the shipped good are of chinese origin.
+5.Packing list in triplicate.
+6.weight certificate in triplicate.
+7.shipping co., certificate in duplicate certifying that carrying vessel is seaworthy,fully classed and not exceeding 20 years of age and is not of any israeli concern and will not call at any israeli port during its voyage to the destination port.
+8.shipment must be effected on board of a carrying vessel complying with the provisions of the international satety management(ISM) code and must have on board two valid (S.M.C.)and (D.O.C.)a certificate to this effect issued and signed by the shipping company or their agents,together with copoy of (s.m.c.)and (D.O.C.) must be presented with the L/C documments for negotiation.
+9.insurance covered locally by applicant.details of shipment must be advised by beneficiary direct to aman insurance co. aden fax no.00967-2-246237 and applicant refering cover note:s/mar/ /2008 within 5days of shipment .two copies of this advise must be accompany the original set of doc..
+10.inspection certificate issued by ciq for quantity and quality stating that goods are inspected and in good condition.
47A:+1.B/L must state the name and adress of the shipping company agent or its refersentative in destination port.
+2.transport documents issed by freight forwarder are not acceptable.
+3.upon shipment supplier should tlx/fax yemen bank,dhamar br. Tlx.3416 fax.00967-6-509302 p.o box.87086 quoting dur L/C No. giving full details of shipment including value,B/L NBR.quantity,name of vessel and sailing date.A copy of that TLX/FAX advice should be presented with the L/C documents for negotiation.
+4.short form charter party and claused B/L unacceptable.
+5.shipmemt on deck is prohibited,unless goods are shipped in containers.
+6.all required doc. Should bear our L/C NBR and the full original set must be forwarded to us by KHL courier in one LOT.
+7.B/L bearing extra costs willl not be acceptable.
+8.in case DOC. Presented involving discrepancies,payment must not be made without our prior approval even under indemnity.
+9.shipment to be effected by any CMA CGM.
+10.Upon presentation of doc.negotiating bank should advise,by swift/TLX/Fax,Yemen bank for REC. and DEV. Dhamar Br. Swift:YBRDYESA501 indicating full details of shipment including L/C NBR.

具体操作为，让船公司用空白纸打印抬头为Certificate,写上“ We hereby certify that +上面没有翻译的文字”即可，另有船公司的抬头应该就差不多了。
