我的翻译是：
“1..I mean,if purchase amount under 200pcs,you need send it back to our factory repair,freight charge go dutch.If the order more than 300pcs,we will send stores to you for repair.
2..4mm thick glass can also do steel processing, price is add $10 base on standard glass."
老外给我回复说看不懂，烦请大家帮我看看，是不是翻译的正确呢？谢谢！！

if your oder is less than 200,sending back to our factory when there is somthing wrong with products. The relevent feright fee is to be brone at your side but the reparation fee and sending back freight are at our side.
if your oder is more than 300,several stores will be send to you for dailly reparion as per actual purchase order.

其实，我觉得楼主的翻译很简明扼要，我认为没存在什么问题。会不会这个老外的英文不是那么好？
不过，我尝试译了一下第1点，不过比楼主的要罗嗦得多：I mean, if purchase order less than 200pcs , products with any quality issue could be send back to our factory for repair and free of repair charge . The freight is burden by each side.
If purchase order more than 300pcs , we will send mutiple sets of match for your ordinary repair accroding actual order .

上面的那个 backup ,最好写出具体的。
可以用1%，2 %,这样的。
老外要清楚明白的，一般写清楚比较好。
