Dear Madam,
We refer to your email dated 9th April 2011 on the above subject. The standard exhibtion tariff for stall space in exhibtion is as under :-
Option 1 – Bare space - US $ 300 per sq. mtr
Option 2 – Shell scheme – US $ 330 per sq. mtr
The minimum area to be booked for a stall is 18 sq. mtrs ( 6 m x 3 m) and the larger stalls will be allocated in multiples of 3 mtrs in both ways as per requirements of exhibitors. The shell scheme page for a stall of 18 sq. mtrs will include side and rear wall panels, syenthetic carpet, fascia with company name, 1 reception counter, 1 round discussion table, 4 chairs, 4 tubelights, 5 spotlights, 1 plug point 5A/230V, 1 pedestal fan. 3 potted plants and 1 waste paper basket. The shell scheme exhibitors are not required to pay electriciry charges provided their electrical consumption is less than 1 kw for general lighting. They should order only their additional requirments.
You are therefore requested to send us your application form along with 50% of the total rental cost since the allocation of the stalls will be based on first come first serve basis.
