国外客户对于送样的样品不满意，我想写信解释下。能否帮忙翻译下？我们公司目前没在生产此样表。如果生产同样的表需要开模具，所以我们向同行购买了现有的配件。
以至于表的质量不好。 我会尽快重新安排生产。

we have not arranged production as per the sample. mould shall be made if we are intended to produce the same one.
Therefore, we purposed currently available fittings from the company of the same business.
That is the reason for less satisfied quality.
New production schedule will be arranged as soon as possible.
