3.which can be shown to have been already known to the recipent party prior to its receipt from the disclosing party.
4, which is legally disclosed to the recipient party by a third party without breech of an obligation of confifence.
5, whcih the recipient party can prove was developed by that party wholly independent of the information from the disclosing party.
6.No license or other rights are hereby granted or implied in respect of any patent or other intellectual property right of either party.
7. Both parties agree that this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Germany---这条要遵守德国的法律也太离谱了吧？
