大家帮我看看客户说的巴西海关这个是啥情况？----------------------
Please be informed that we have only 15 days to clear the goods from brazilian customs.
After this, according to our brazilian law, the goods will belong to brazilian govnerment and will not be able to release the goods anymore and you can not get the goods back to your country.
请注意，我们只有15天的时间从巴西海关办理这批货物的清关。超过这个时间，按照巴西法律规定，这个货物将属于巴西政府，不能再放行，你们也不能把货物退运回你们国家。
Further, please urgent send the original B/L to us, otherwise we will not have time to release the goods.
请立即给我们寄送正本提单。否则我们将没有时间提取这批货物。

后来我和客户说，我们需要收到他们的尾款，才能把正本单据寄给他。否则我们有风险。下面是他后来的邮件。

为什么你们不能寄送正本提单给我们？我们的客户是一个可靠的公司，这些错误是由收到错误的付款指示造成的。
For your information we can register the Import Declaration attesting that $ 14614.40 is still to be settled. we will receive penalty if the balance is not paid.
前面这句有个进口报关单的话，怎么理解呢？根据你们的信息，我们登记的进口报关单仍有余款待处理。如果不付剩余的款项，我们将收到罚款。
We think your leader can allow the cargo agent to release the BL to us.
我想你们领导会同意货代放提单给我们。那这是什么意思呢？客户前面要我们寄单据给他。
这里出现了好几次release，release在这里的意思就是释放的意思吧？

release就是放单的意思
如果在规定时间不放单，海关会收取收货方部分费用，是货物存放在他们那里的费用，你们这个客户如果是第一次做，那最好还是不要管他们怎么说付款前不要放单给他们，或者征求领导意见，如果是老客户，并且有信用的话，可以放把

谢谢。这个客户是第二次合作，不过这次因为客户付错款，付给了骗子，一直不给我们付款。目前货到目的港已经一个多月了。
