如果该批产品的瑕疵率（第二条有提到）没有超过标准的瑕疵数量（AQL6.5），那么即看做满足第一条的要求。
AQL 为ACCEPTANCE QUALITY LIMIT接收质量限的缩写，即当一个连续系列批被提交验收时，可允许的最差过程平均质量水平。 AQL普遍应用于出口服装，纺织品检验上，不同的AQL标准应用于不同物质的检验上
