为了能在卖家收到可行的信用证明的情况下出价，买家最好电汇一笔美元现金保证金，额度由卖家认可。而且在卖家限定价格的情况下，对于任何被保吨位和受镍价格影响的电解铜，如果价格下跌到一个程度，连全额现金保证金都不能弥补价格差额，卖家有权利（但没有义务）取消对任何已经按买家条件限价的吨位的定价。（简而言之就是卖方有权力不卖，买方的前期投入和后果自负）
