关于保密协议的翻译，求英语大侠 救急下面是我们公司于客户的保密协议（部分），老板要我翻译成英文版的，想问下谁能帮我翻译下，这是不是标准的保密协议，有现成的更好，谢谢各位啦。
The parties agree as follows:
1. DEFINITIONS
(a) The party furnishing the proprietary information will be referred to as hereinafter the “Disclosing Party” and the party or the parties receiving the proprietary information will be referred to as hereinafter the “Receiving Party”.
(b) As used herein, "Confidential Information" shall mean information including the fact of execution or the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and information concerning related product or project and other information, including but not limited to, each party's product plans, costs, marketing plans, business opportunities, development or know how; provided that information disclosed to the Receiving Party by the Disclosing Party shall be Confidential Information, only such information is (i) conspicuously designated as "Confidential", "Proprietary" or "Company Trade Secret" in writing, if disclosed in writing, or (ii) identified as confidential upon disclosure and then reduced to writing and confirmed as "Confidential" within thirty (30) days of such disclosure, if disclosed orally or visually.
