最近刚联系一个美国的客户。第一封邮件中说他们现在正在筛选工厂,符合这些条件的工厂会成为我们的合作伙伴。其中一个条件是D/A or O/A 60 - 90 days terms。

I am the VP of production and designer for the brand.
Currently we work with a team of 20 manufacturers overseas. I have just came back from HK and China where I attended few fairs. During the Spring, my job is to try to locate few more manufacturers that could be able to handle our job and to eventually be added to our team.
Approving a new manufacturer relies in few factors: Price, quality, workmanship, sampling timing, delivery timing, communication.
We also work only under D/A or O/A 60 - 90 days terms.

Terms are one of the most important factors and we do require minimum of 60 days.
Our invoices can be factored and are fully guarantee for payment by a Chinese factor. You do receive up to 90%of the invoice at shipment. The remaining balance is paid at the due date of the invoice.

你不一定懂DA60天整个含义,你应该跟他祥细谈

D/A : 承兑付款
O/A:保理
客户的意思是,他们的付款条款,至少是60天付款。
他们在中国有保理银行,在你出货并备齐所有单证后,可以向保理行办理保理业务,可以得到保理行大约90%的货款,余款保理到期付清。
你可以问客户保理行是哪个银行,然后问下情况,保理费用好像和LC差不多了。
