首先,对于这次出现的问题,我非常抱歉
我们老板把郑小姐发给他的邮件转发给我看了,对我,他非常的生气;对出现的这个问题,他非常重视,并专门召开了相关会议处理
处理的意见如下:
1、我们会尽快安排先装运一个柜子的A产品
2、关于B产品,如果按照贵司要求的48CM生产,需要开模具,模具费大概需要RMB3000.00元,并且成本也要增加RMB 20 元/PC
本着长期合作的态度,我们老板的意思是,由我们工厂承担模具费用,贵司承担成本。
3、如果贵司不接受B产品的成本,那么,这款B产品,贵司可以从其他供应商那里拿货,我们以后只合作A产品。

My boss have transmited the mail to me which Miss zheng send to him.he is very angry,and blame to me seriously.
He is renewed attention and hold a meeting to solve this tings.
Disposition as follows:
1. we will shippment the first container for product a.
2. as to product B,as you know,our regular product size is 30cm.If produce 48CM,it need make a new mold.the modl fee is USD620.00.and the cost will be add USD2.70  /PC.
We sincerely want to buildding a long business cooperation,so ,we can bear the mold fee.and could you bear the cost?
3.If  not  willing to bear the cost,in order not to delay your purchase season,please purchase this B from other suppliers.we can produce more A to make the container full.

Firstly, I'd like to say sorry for the problem caused by our side. Our boss has passed Ms Zheng's email to me and criticized me seriously.

We held a meeting discussing how to handle this problem and here are the solutions for you:

1. We will ship a container of product A to you asap

2. Re.product B,we will make new model of 48cm as per your requirment, and afford the cost of RMB3000.00.
Due to the size change, the cost for each pc will increase by RMB20.00 too and hope you agree to accept this addition in price.

3.  If you are not willing to pay the price we require for product B, then I am afraid we could only cooperate on product A in future

We have hold a meeting to working out this case, and our proposal as below:

1. A container of product A will forward to you as soon as possible.

2. Re. product B. If we product as per your requirement 48 cm, need new model. In order to show our sincerely to build long term businee with your company, if you accept the 20PMB/pcs increase of the price, we will pay the model fee RMB3000.0

3. If your company can not accept the increase of price, it is regret that we just can contimue the cooperation of product A.
