样品发给客户之后，客户做了个什么检验，下面是详细的检验过程说明，一些细节不是很明白。我这英语水平有限，怕弄错了，希望高手帮忙翻译。谢谢We started twice to run (3) samples each of the 6FL’s through our test protocol. This calls for 3 full thermal shock cycles to be run from +250°F to 0°F. The valves are soaked for a full hour at 250°F and removed from the temperature chamber and leak tested. They are allowed to normalize back to room temperature and retested again before being soaked at 0°F. Even if the valve fails at one of these temperature extremes, we consider it to pass if it recovers and tests good at room temperature. This is considered to be one full thermal shock cycle. We do this then for a total of three full times. A mix of 250 manual cycles is also conducted throughout the hot /cold testing. This is the way the standard “CS” ball valves were originally qualified.
