ommercial Contract is made between the Seller and Purchaser, where the seller agrees to sell, the buyer agrees to buy office supplies in the range stated below ... "

Section 6 Buyer pays 30% deposit within 5 banking days from the date of this Contract. The date of the conclusion is the date of signature of the parties with the stamp seal.
The remaining 70% of the price of the contract the buyer pays after the readiness of the goods to be shipped. The Seller is obliged to notify within 14 days of readiness for shipment.
In case of no possibility of Seller shipment in time specified above. The seller is obliged to return 100% of the amount prepaid within 14 days.

Supplement Section Conditions for approval of the assortment, quantity, packaging and
labeling.
Buyer shall provide Seller a written request for range of quantity and quality of future consignment, and the Seller delivers the goods in the packaging and labeling, which must ensure safety of goods, protection from damage during transport and weathering.

Supplement Section 8 In case of breach by the Seller time of shipment the Seller shall pay interest at a rate of 0.1% of the cost of goods to be delivered pursuant to a written request and invoice for each day of delay. Should the Buyer fail to claim 1 of this Contract, the Buyer shall pay Seller a penalty of 0.1% of the cost of goods to be delivered pursuant to a written request and invoice for each day of delay.

Section 10 If the Parties are unable to agree, that all disputes which may arise from this Contract or in connection therewith, shall be settled in court on the actual location of the defendant using its legislation and the defendant will be final and binding for the parties.

Supplement the General Conditions Section.
Neither party has no right to transfer to a third party the rights and obligations under this contract without the written consent of the other side.
All additions and annexes to this contract shall be effective only if they are made in writing and signed by both parties.
After signing the contract, all previous negotiations and correspondence on it, null and void.
By the rules of carriage rules "Incoterms 2000" to the rules of sale, the rules of international trade.

我只看了付款方式,30% 前TT,没什么问题,没看到谈交货期啊。

大问题的没有,不过你们得确保货期准时,拖一天就要扣钱,要把握好哦。
