We would welcome doing business with you. However, we need to know if you can provide us with a connection which is currently being patented. If you wish, we can send you the drawings, provided you will not make a prototype until you prove to us you can make the connection.
Should you be interested in making a connection to prove that you can do it, we suggest you obtain a proposal for a custom drill bit, which we will pay for, providing you submit the drill bit manufacturer’s proposal to us for approval. The drill bit must be ¾ inch in diameter, with a 3 degree taper, and a shoulder at 13/16 of an inch. Please order or have the drill bit manufacturer submit to you, an accurate drawing of a drill bit that conforms to the above dimensions.
1. You need a complete drawing of the drill bit.
2. You must have all the dimiensions of the drill bit on the same sheet of paper
3. You must have the manufacturing price of that bit on the same sheet of paper.
Utilizing this bit, and the plans we will provide, we suggest you only make a lower spindle with a hole to accommodate one leg.
