Due to anti-dumping duty regulations here in the USA, Harmer Steel must issue the purchase order and receive an invoice directly from HSWC and will pay HSWC directly via wire transfer within 7 business days after bill of lading date for 100% of the invoice amount. You must add your commission to their pricing and your payment would them come from HSWC, not from Harmer Steel. It is your responsibility to work out the exact details of how HSWC will pay you.Current anti-dumping duty rate is 6% when done as described above. If the material is exported or invoiced through a distributor, then the anti-dumping duty rate is more than 129%. This is why we must insist on purchasing the washers in the manner described.

所以俺们坚持走这样的流程来采购这批清洗机。
