在现在的情形下,尽管我非常努力去争取,但实际情况是不乐观的。已经超过一个月没有收到你们的货款,作为你们的主力供应商,并且你们占据我们总销售额的50%以上,你可以想像现在我们是多么艰难。工厂的员工因为订单不足导致收入降低而流失,为了留住工人,尽管没有订单我们也需要支付跟以前一样的薪水以保证问题解决后能尽快回正轨,尽管如此,都有大量员工因为担忧自己的未来而选择离开。
供应商因为订单的减少以及听到一些风声,我们的供应商也在担忧他们的货款,尽管贵司没有按时支付我们的货款,我们仍需要按期甚至提前将货款支付给我们的供应商以保证我们供应链的关系。
新订单的下发将对我们产生更大的债务压力,目前我们已经无法再承但更多的财务压力了,否则我们将处于一个随时濒临倒闭的状况。
现在是非常困难的时候,生产已经反馈无法保证之前确认的交期,我每天都在跟生产部门协调,将其他客人的产品挪后以尽量保证你们的产品交期,请您在考虑到贵司销售的同时,请顾及到我们的危机,谢谢!

we appreciate your kind understanding on our current situation and view this matter as urgence and to effect ASAP the diferred payment this time and in time for those orders in the future, in view that puntual deliveries from us could be fulfilled and closer business relations between us could be realized.

回6# 有签合同,谈好付款条件,合作很多年的客户了,现在他们财务出问题,压了几百万的资金在上面了。。。(从逾期货款到running order)
P.S. 现在欧洲的经济好像有问题~~ 紧张啊紧张

I indeed tried hard to help you, however the situation is not so optimistic.. As you are main client of us and almost occupy 50% or more percentage of our sales revenue, we are in great pressure of finance since not received any payment from last month. Could you imagine how hard our situation is?
In order to keep workers, we have to pay same salary as before even in this season of shortage of orders to ensure everything will start up smoothly when problem solved. Even so, lots workers still left in concern of their further.
Besides this, some of our suppliers worried about their payment of goods when heard some disadvantageous words. For keeping the supply chain, we have to pay our supplier prior even if we did not receive payment from you.
The new order will bring us much more pressure on finance. We really could not bear any more debt,or we possibly will be in danger of closing.
I was informed we could not meet the scheduled lead time in this hard time. I’m trying to negotiate with relative department to do best to finish your goods prior other orders. At the same time, Could you arrange us the balance and help us to get over the difficulty. Thank you so much.
