这个客户跟我们合作过几次,现在已经是我们的月结客户了。每天总会给你们发很多询盘,我们们报价以后,都没有反馈。但是,有几次都会直接下单,不跟我们谈价的。下面是我们经理今天让我跟客户说的一段话,高手们帮我看下。我说的是不是很不到位
很抱歉,我公司现在不让给虚有的询价报价了,因为给贵公司报了很多价格,贵公司也没回复过!有些如果是我们价格问题,贵公司也没给过接受价格,也许贵公司是跟别家公司合作了,我们不喜欢这样盲目报价!以后如果有单再手,我公司会报价,或是有目标价格的,我们直接可谈!
我翻译的:
Please kindly note that we are not expected to quote for the non- firm RFQs any more. It's a new decision of our company.
Sorry to say that, we have sent many offers but without much feedback. We understand that maybe our some of our price are not so competitive. But we never had your feedback about this before. Maybe you have had long term partners already. Our company would prefer us not to quote like this.
But in the future, if you have order in hand, or you have the target price, we could begin to quote and negotiate.

Sorry to inform you that we cannot keep quoting price without any feed back. And we will send you pricelist only you have firm order on hand from now on. I mean we need to figure out what the problems are together, so we can have long term business relationship.

我个人觉得中文就已经让人和不爽了
你的客人是直接客人还是中间商
中间商的话也可能是因为他自己没有收到他的客户的答复或者订单,所以不得已不了了之
我觉得这样的言辞太欠考虑了

我也觉得为难啊 , 所以磨蹭了好久也没发出去。而且我跟客户挺熟的,第一次用这样的语气给他邮件

其实可以换个语气去说明这个问题吧:
类似产品的报价信息早前已向贵方提供过,但没有收到你们对此报价的任何反馈。为了我们能愉快的长期合作,在为你提供新产品报价信息之前,我们想知道您对我们产品质量、价格和服务的看法。
Quotations of similar products have been given to your side, but no feedback was given back, would you kindly inform us the reason?
And for our co-operation would go smoothly, any dissatisfaction with our product, service or pricing, please let us know.

Hi Stan and Kenny. Thanks for trying to help. But I had sent out my version since it's kind of urget yesterday. My manager's waiting for the reply.
The thing is, I have to tell our customer what my manager actually want to say. Our manager really mean it,
if no firm order in hand then no quote in the future.
