If you read the contract carefully , you will see the following:· There is a down payment
· The down payment will be kept with you till the end of the contract.
· The contract is registered and attested by both the Chamber of Commerce and the UAE Embassy / Consulate to guarantee the payment for you and the good /quality for us.
· As for the period of 90 days / 120 days or more is because of very logic reasons ….see below
Ø To order more from supplier …means …we have to sell more….correct
Ø To sell more ...means to sell with good price….correct
Ø To sell with good price… means to reduce the cost…correct
Ø A major part of the cost is Bank interest / Bank charges for L/C / Bank fees…etc which may come to 4-6% of the total deal value…correct.
Ø Some time we lose a deal because of 1% only and if we lose a deal …means the supplier also will lose the same deal.
Ø The question is how to win the market ?
v Give good quality
v Minimize the profit
v Minimize the financial over heads
v Hiring best team of sales
v Making all required market studies for different countries
v R&D ( Research & Development )
