各位福友们，最近遇到一些头痛的问题，麻烦帮忙解决下。本人在此先谢谢各位了。我们公司是生产磁铁的，本人做外贸将近五个月了。最近，遇到一印度客户，为了和他确认尺寸的问题都快要疯了。
上星期四，我们学姐从ECVV上转发了一印度客户给我（其实说真的我真的不喜欢印度客户，每次学姐说转发印度客户给我，我的心都会凉一半),随后我就跟踪了这个印度客户。可是从上星期跟踪到今天，我都还没弄清楚他要的尺寸到底是多少？我都快疯掉了。为了这个问题我都发了12邮件询问此事，但每次得到的答案都一样。我仍然不知道他所需要的尺寸，好像每次我问他的问题，他都答非所问似地。
你们有遇到类似的情况吗？如果你们遇到这种情况，你们该怎么办呢？

1.能不能请楼主把阿三回复的尺寸内容详细贴出来呢？
2.对阿三的内容你有无自己版本的理解呢，如有，可以按你的理解罗列出来，发给客户确认。因为可能客户有时候忙，你要TA重述一遍可能是没时间的，你倒不如提交你的“卷子”，让客户帮你改错，同时，客户改错时也会顺着你的语言表达方式，这样方便你理解啊。

If you need 6mm and 8mm hole in clasp. then what is the size of clasp?
Please help to check the picture in attachment, it is the magnet you need and the size with 6*8mm?

the particularly we need hole size 8mm we will use in 8mm leather tenth size it may be 1/2" and some more no problem
if possible please send yo me sample please we will pay courier charges

今天早上邮件发过去还没有回复，跟这个人为了尺寸问题都磨合了一个星期了。我都在怀疑跟他这么耗下去是否有意义？

I do not get it. I guess you two were talking about different ideas. Why don't you ask your client to give you a detailed description of clasp which you were talking about? And, ask a working drawing(s) with specifications. Good luck!

同意楼上的。我觉得：既然他发图给你了，你可以通过在图片标记的方法来指定你们所谈的内容，别你在说东，他在答西
