新手请教，这是出口到巴西的要求，请大家帮个忙看看， 我写汉字的部分是不理解的。New regulations regarding commercial invoices / packing list for all shipments to Brazil:
Commercial Invoice must have:
( 1 ORIGINAL + 3 COPIES)
4) mark, numbers and reference numbers of volumes/packages (this one, just
if there will be these numbers); 这个是是不是要有商品的商标和编号？
5) quantity and kind of volumes / packages; 是不是要注明一共几件货？
9) country of acquisition, it means that one where cargo was acquired to be
exported to Brazil; 是不是出口到巴西，就注明到巴西就可以了？
10) country where the cargo comes from, it means the country where was the
cargo when it was acquired; 这个是什么意思呢？
12) international freight and other expenses relative to the
commodities specified in the commercial invoice; 是不是要注明运费是多少？这个必须按照实际情况写吗？
13) conditions and currency of payment; 因为有下面的incoterm要求了， 这个是要写什么？
14) incoterm;
- PACKING LIST IS NOW a MANDATORY document, which must be presented to our Authorities for EACH import process. It must be issued on respective Exporter's printed paper (NO XEROX, PHOTOCOPIES or alike are allowed), signed in blue ink (always) with net weight and gross weight per unit and also with amount net and gross weight. 我们一起出口的一个集装箱的货写总的重量和毛重。 这个net weight and gross weight per unit 是什么意思呢？

- for all imports, the Commercial Invoice must also be presented, under respective Exporter's printed paper (NO XEROX, PHOTOCOPIES or alike are allowed), signed in blue ink. 这里的respective Exporter's printed paper 是什么意思呢？

LZ,去巴西的货比较麻烦哦，发货的时候要客人提供税号过来，，，样品的话，建议走EMS。。。

楼主的英语貌似严重不过关啊！
4）唛头及包装编号（流水号），体积、件数（如果可以用这样的单位计算）。***因为散装货通常没有件数，所以会这样要求。
5）数量及单位，和4一样的。
9）出口国。
10）货物原产国，9和10的意思表述的不是很清楚，大致是这样的意思，反正写China就对了。
12）发票注明海运费及相关的费用。
13）付款条款，付款币种。
装箱单要打印在出口商公司抬头的信笺上，复印、影印件无效，签字盖章必须是蓝色的。装箱单要写明每一件的毛净重以及总的毛净重。
