1.我们公司加盟了某间外国品牌的联锁店，每开一间店都要付固定金额的权利金。而如果某间已经缴过权利金的店铺因种种原因关店后，下一家再开时是可以不用再缴权利金的。合约上有写的，对方称这状况为relocation(迁移???)。例如：A店去年就开了也给过权利金，而今年年初因生意不好关掉，那这个月新开的店B可以不用再缴权利金。
现在我要写信告诉他们，这个状况。我们2011/08/08所开的 B 店是从 A 店relocation(迁移?)过来的。
I am writing to inform you that there was a new shop (B, Shop PC: XXX) opened on 2011/08/08 and it was relocated from A (Shop PC: XXX).
以上不知道可不可以呢？另外，信件标题应该怎下阿@@?
2.因个人原因我向公司请了半年假，公司也同意了。现在要通知一些厂商告诉他们之后要跟谁联络。
