我给客人非常想要表达的意思是：我们的现在正在给客人的这一票合同，当时，报价是考虑了17%的退税，但是，没有想到，实际报关出口时，不能按照这一退税的号走了，所以，造成最后，我们是赔着钱给客人出的货。通过告诉客人此事，主要是想让客人明白，我们是非常守信用的的供应商，而且，希望后续能多给我们订单。

The prices we quoted to you have considered 17% tax rebate from your order. The actual amount of refund from tax rebate of your order was less than it suppose to. Nevertheless, this transaction has been approved though it has negative margin for us. Just hope things are going well with you.

我把我想要表达的中文表述如下吧：
我们非常高兴的告诉你，XXXX这一票已装船并将在，XXX日到达。希望你能非常满意我们的货物。
在装运此票合同项下的货物时，我们遇到了两个困难。我们非常想告诉你，以便让你知道，我们是非常守信用的一个供应商。当时我们的报价非常有竞争力，但是，那一个价格是建立在我们可以从政府获得：一定退税的基础上。但是，我们没有想到，当我们在报关出口时，政府不允许我们使用此HS编码进行申报，而必须使用没有任何退税的HS编码进行申报，所以导致我们这一单没有一点利润。
同时，从我们当时签订合同时起，海运费涨了400美元。但是，我们仍然尽最大努力找了最好的货代公司及船公司出运此票货物。
我们之所以非常想告诉上述二个方面的事情，我们是否能达成以下协议：
（1）非常希望通过这第一票货物，你更加了解我及我们公司，更加坚信与我们公司长期合作。我们的高硅铸铁阳极，铸造镁阳极，锌带，都能有很好的价格及质量。所以，希望我们有更多的合作机会。
（2）针对XXX项下的这一票合同，你们能否将付款方式由D/P改为T/T见提单COPY件付款，以降低我们的银行结算费用。因为，由于海运费的涨价及政府退税政策的变化，我们必须尽我们最大努力减少损失。非常希望你能理解。

good. well, I just want you to know it's better not to tell every detail to your clients sometimes. I understand you made mistake for this transaction. you have no margin. it's really too bad. And, you want to turn around. It only shows you are not competent to do this job if you disclose the details. this is how i see it. hope this helps.

所以，请帮我看看这样给客人写邮件怎么。想达到三个目的：补点海运费，余款由D/P改为T/T，最最主要的目的是，期待更多的合作订单。

At the same time, the Sea Freight rise from USD1737 to USD 2200 in August. Nevertheless, this transaction has been approved though it has negative margin for us. 1.advise主要是建议的意思，这边应该用inform吧。We are pleased to inform you that...
2.the prices of this order we quoted to you have considered tax rebate from our government. have considered 这个说法太中文式了，改成including好像比较好。or "we have considered tax rebate from our government when we offer our quotations."
3.less than it suppose to. 应该是 it was supposed to吧
4.negative margin是想表示赔钱吗？那用negative profit比较好。

well, not bad. you could change 'advice' to 'inform' as post #12 suggested. you can change "supply you he SiFe anode and Cast Magnesium anode with good quality and reasonable price." to "supply you he SiFe anode and Cast Magnesium anode with good quality at reasonable price." if you like. I think you did a good job and your client will get your points.
